Film Covering Greenhouse

Compared with the glass greenhouse and PC sheet greenhouse, it has the advantage of light weight, low amount of structure material , low shading rate, low construction cost and long service life. The environment control ability can basically reach the level of glass greenhouse  and PC sheet greenhouse.

Main Structure of greenhouse:

We choose high quality hot galvanized pipe as the main structure. The material all match Chinese national standard.

Covering film:

We provide PE film made of 100% virgin material. It can reach 150micron/200micron

Shading System(optional):

We can provide double layer of shading cover.
 
Ventilation and Cooling System:

Cooling pad&exhaust fan system using water evaporation cooling principle to achieve cooling purposes. System use cooling pad, water pump and large airflow exhaust fan.

The core of the cooling system is to ensure that the water is evenly wet throughout the cooling pad wall. The air passes through the cooling pad media, the water vapor exchange with the surface of the cooling pad media will reduce the temperature of the air, the greenhouse cooling effect can be as high as 5-10 °. This is one of the most cost-effective methods of cooling.
